    A few ideas.

When adding / editing action plan tasks, we could change the "After Lead is Created" to a drop down allowing for either "After Lead is Created" or "After Lead is Assigned".

Another options would be to simply use a check box for the action plan forcing all tasks to use either the date created or date assigned.

Or of course.. We could switch it all together to just use the assigned timestamp.

Morgan.. Let me know what you want done. :-)

    Cheers!

One other quick question about this portion of the CMS....

Let's say I create an action plan for all new leads - this plan would be used until the lead is contacted. Is there a way to take someone off of an action plan? I'm not seeing it...

So, let's say the lead registers, is assigned and the action plan begins and two weeks after being assigned, contact is made. I can't seem to find a way to take that lead off of the action plan. I'm also not real sure how an agent can take a lead off of the plan since they don't have control over them...hmm...

Action plans are are not assigned to "leads" they are assigned to "agents" - but I see what you mean here - perhaps something could be put in the edit screen of an individual lead "dismiss action plans" - so that you don't receive future actions on a lead that you have already closed for instance. Hmmmm

I see what you are saying about leads and agents...not sure if there is a workable solution to this or not...and I like that only admin can adjust action plans so that's good. I almost wish only admins could create and edit documents and templates too, but, I think that may just be a personal preference...
