Sales Restrictions

Hi, the board made some changes last week and made it a requirement for agents to put in "sales restrictions" what type of listing the property was, REO, Short Sale...etc.

I pulled data from Sandicor for sales restrictions "reo" and found 267 detached and 182 condo and townhomes. However, when I pull the data from my snippets, I'm only getting 205 detached and 134 condo and townhomes.

Do you know why this would be, I don't have any other criteria specified in the snippets. Snippets are mls-home-foreclosures and mls-condo-foreclosures

My first guess would be that the IDX is only a subset of the MLS data - there are likely many listings that are opted out of IDX. If you could provide some MLS numbers of listings that you believe should show up I can check to see if we have them. Also we only have Active listings - possibly some of the listings are pending in the MLS.
