That's a great bump...looks like you're already well on your way with link-building. I took a peak at the site and it looks great. Not sure how much deeper linking you've done yet. But if I were you, I'd start throwing more links at the internals. Like a couple for James Island (and the like!) for every one you throw on the homepage. That's just my opinion for what it's worth. Well done and great job with the site...

Hey Kevin, thanks. I appreciate the feedback on the internal link-building as well. I'll have to take your advice on that one and implement it.
Also- I'd like to take credit for this hard work, but it's REW's efforts that have gotten me where I am so far. I went live 2.5 months ago with a brand new domain name and website. They are rocking it.

I haven't noticed any PR change for any of my pages, but my rankings have gotten better. I was just showing #4 on Google for "Bucks County Real Estate".

Malok - interesting on the dates- just wasn't expecting a PR update so soon - noticed my linkedin profile lost PR a week or so ago - maybe the TBPR on that page showed a little sooner. Not a big deal on that one, haven't checked anything else.
