Thread: visitor reports

    Default visitor reports

Is there any tool or script that can give me a report of the number of new and returning visitiors on my site each day, week, or month?

    Thanks,

Is that not available in Google Analytics? (Not sure)

Not really. Google Analytics shows total visitors. I want the number of new registrations and returning registered visitors, if I could get it by agent that would be really incredible.

    Thanks,

Looks like the programmers will need to provide an answer - sorry.

The Lead Manager already provides this data for the current day, week and month. You want a nice report page with the details for the past?

Yes I want a report for the past.
Also, I want the report to be a a system summary or at least show totals.
Currently if i pull up a for the past month it only shows unassigned leads, if a leads is assigned to an agent it is not in the report for day, week, month.

Also, how about a report showing me as much activity as possible showing the agents activities. A report showing that agent Joe added notes to leads XXXXX, and set saved searches for leads XXXXX, rejected leads XXXXX, and did not view leads XXXX.
Alternative to reports would be to have the system generate me an e-mail when an agent completes an activity.

    Thanks,
    Adam

    Hello Adam

You can see all the assigned leads on the System Summary tab for Today, This Week and This Month.

So you want a table like this? Showing the new leads for each month?

    Code:
    Month Leads
    January 2009 123
    February 2009 245
As for Agent Reporting, how about something like the lead history? Add another tab to the agent page (where you set their username and stuff) with a history of their activities?

Emails about agent activities are a good plan to.

I wanted a little more detailed info such as,
Jan. 2009 125 new leads 350 returning leads visited 923 times

"As for Agent Reporting, how about something like the lead history? Add another tab to the agent page (where you set their username and stuff) with a history of their activities?"
    That would be great!

Ok. We can make a page that has total new leads, returning leads and number of visits by lead during each month. Displayed in a table (newest month first).

So you want a history note for the agent when they:
Add a note to a lead
    Add a saved search
    Reject a lead

    Anything else?

How about including how often they log in ? (a log of their visits)
How long they are logged in for and any lead they edit

    Thanks,
    Adam
