Default [SOLVED] Bug: Editing A Saved Search - Property Type

Issue: The lead has a saved search which includes an option to filter homes by one or more property types. Admin/agent goes in to modify saved search (change the title in my case), but the property type the user selected to filter by is not pre-selected.

This could result in the agent/admin losing the filter for property type. If the saved search is saved without re-selecting the property types the lead originally requested to filter by, it could be possible that the saved search would lose that criteria.

Additionally, the "Searches" tab of a lead detail page only provide abbreviations for the property types the lead is filtering by in a saved search. If the agent/admin doesn't know what the abbreviations mean (MUL - multifamily, etc.), the agent/admin might get confused when re-selecting the property type while editing the saved search.

I sell Houston homes and write at this blog dedicated to Real Estate Technology for agents. I originally created this Houston Real Estate site and switched to REW - awesome decision.

    Thanks Steve,

This is now fixed on your website.

As for the way the "Search Criteria" is setup, it's suppose to be that way. As it's showing the values used in the actual search query. This may be address in later IDX versions to display the full descriptions for lookup values used.
