Issue: If the agent is viewing reminders, and is set on "today's leads", it is possible for them to miss any reminders that are past due. The only way the agent can see reminders due on days previous to the current would be to expand the date to "this week's leads".
It would be far more efficient to always include past due reminders which have not been deleted to be included in the "today's leads" view by default.

I don't know how I missed this, but, past due reminders should do something like jump off the page and flash in big red lights. Warning!!! Warning!!! You Missed Your Reminder!!!
