    Default [SOLVED] Bug: Campaign Emails Not Being Sent

    Issue: After checking history and notes, it seems as if the campaign emails are no longer being sent. One lead for example was placed into a campaign on the 26th and I have no record of the lead manager sending any emails.

    It seems to be taking place for all leads assigned to the group past the 26th.

    Edit: Scratch that - seems to only be this one lead I found with the error. Still investigating.

    Is there any way to check to see if this is still working without having to wait a few days by creating a test user?

    Hey Steve,

    What is the ID of the lead? You should see this in the web address when you're in the lead details. "lead_id=????"

    Let me know and I can look into this further.

    My guess is that this lead has unsubscribed from receiving the emails. You can tell on the edit lead form with the mis-leading title of "Receive New Listings"... I'll update this to be labelled "Subscribed" and will patch on beta sites.

    It's pretty sporadic, but I stumbled upon another one. Check lead #816. In the history tab, you see she was edited back on the 26th (that's when I added her to the group with campaign emails), but nothing has been sent.

    Edit: On second thought - what if the person is not subscribed, but then I add them to a group with campaign emails. Will they not get the emails? What if in the middle of the campaign, they unsubscribe, but then I change it back - will they continue where they left off or start over?

    I don't really see how they could of unsubscribed though - they were never sent an email from the lead manager automatically that contained an unsubscribe link. Know what I mean?

    Ahh.h.. the joys of beta testing... There was an error when the script ran the other day so the campaign emails did not go out.
