Default [SOLVED] Bug: Double emails being sent?

Issue: By reviewing the notes of a lead, it looks as if they're being sent campaign emails twice. To developer: Check my lead#827 for an example.

Occurrence is at May 29, 1:33pm and May 29, 1:36pm.

    Browsers: FF 3.0.10

I checked the same lead today, and it was sent a third email! All within 10 or so minutes - and the contents of the email are identical.

    Hi Steve,

I made a few changes to the campaign mailer on Friday to be better and not send duplicate emails, as well as fault detection to catch any errors and handle various campaign exceptions.

During the changes I did a bunch of test runs on your site. Many of the logged entries are just from me running these tests on Friday.

Let me know if you notice any issues with this in the coming days, but it should all be good to go.
