I wouldn't say Digg is fairly useless. I had a few sites bookmarked and within a couple of hours it was listed on the first page of google for like two day to three days. And the traffic was overwhelming. Perhaps because it was a highly
competitive niche.

They are good for backlinks purpose and though provide you traffic also But very less....i haven't able to drive traffic from these 2 websites

I have had success with Stumbleupon. It is crucial to build a network followers to really have give your bookmarks the extra boost they need. Also dont abuse it and just bookmark your real estate blog postings. Check out what other people are bookmarking and comment on the things you find interesting. Try to put the "social" in "social bookmarking". Not just submitting everytime you update your blog or post a new static page.
