I'd like to add a small drip program - two or three emails to follow up with new registrants. My current web provider doesn't offer this. Can you all point me to an affordable service provider?

I lika A la mode. They make it easy to build your own website and they have a great drip campaign designed for real estate.

Paragon is the cheapest (free) most effective one out there.
Serving all your Outer Banks real estate needs and if you are looking for a deal then search all Outer Banks foreclosures for bank owned real estate.

A friend of mine swears by Constant Contact. If you are only doing a couple of emails, you can also just use Outlook to set it up for free. It's not automatic, but you can just click the send button whenever you want to do an email.
