Vacant Land listings - not all showing

Hi -

The search results for the property type: "vacant land" are substantially off from what is in the MLS. Can you please check my site against what you have in the idx feed and confirm back when the problem is fixed up?

Let me know if you need listing counts (by area, etc.) to help in tracking this down.

Hi Mitch,

I found that the issue was the InternetTransmit field had a value of "NON" in the residential table - and Vacant Land had a value of "None" - so the land query was looking for the incorrect value. Anyway all fixed.
