[SOLVED] Bug/Question: New/Returning/All

So, we have "new", "returning" and "all" for lead groups on the main page. When you click "all", shouldn't it show all new and returning leads combined?

So, as an example from my screen right now: new=3, returning=47 and all=9.

I can't seem to figure out that kind of math. Shouldn't "all"=50? What am I missing.

This is happening when looking at:

Date range: June 8th
System Mode
IE8

The other day I updated the query to run faster, however forgot to include a set of parentheses. I'll update all the sites right now.

Ofcourse... Let me know if this issue still exists after the fix.

For this week, I'm seeing:

15, 26 and 28....new, returning, all...

Am I misintepreting "all" or should it actually show new + returning = all?

or

returning is a combination of new leads not yet assigned some of which have actually returned throwing the numbers off? Does that make sense?

New leads can also be returning leads (if they have more than one visit within searched time frame)... So all should be well. Please do let me know otherwise!

is there any way of just making the returning leads exclude "new" leads even if they logged back in...ie just for that one day selected you would only see the new leads, the returning leads that excluded any "new" leads and the total which would be the new and old leads.

The reason being is that I like to look at the overview page and then look at the returning leads, see who the assigned agent is, and then make sure they contact the returning lead or review their account.

At the moment getting 3-6 leads a day its not too hard to sort out the new from the returning but I think it will get more confusing as time goes on
