Default Investing in Real estate brokerages

I would like imput on ivesting in start up R.E. brokerages. Has anyone done this, are their special contracts, and can the investor be a non-real estate licensed person. Does anyone know of a new R.E. brokerage looking for a passive investor.
As always thanks for your imputs, As Donald Sutherland said in Kellys Gold think "Positivty" or something like that.

I'd look into Keller Willams. They have been opening offices like wildfire and these offices take on investors to find them. http://www.kw.com

You can invest in an office without your license, BTW.
