Looks neat. How long until this takes off to mainstream?
I am a Tempe Real Estate agent, and I have been specializing in Tempe Foreclosures for several years now. I am also a market specialist in Chandler Homes for Sale.
That's a cool innovation!
I do not think this will be used in my lifetime.. Seems that a much larger portion of the population could just type the url into their iphone and just put a personal webpage's url on the card.
myname.com with basic business card information, links to other sites, etc.
@Augusta,
THIS IS being used in your lifetime. My nephew (25) has this on his phone and he uses it constantly. He is a diabetic so when he is shopping he scans the bar code on the actual product and gets the info he needs. And that is the same info thats on the product! They also use it for price shopping.
Anyone with this app on their phone will love it, just so they can use their app. Might be the difference between using YOU and that antiquated agent they met before you.
Would I throw out all my business cards. NO, but I might put this on the new ones.
Larry...Thanks for the tip!

I think it depends on your market.
Mark Twain is reported to have said that "when the end of the world comes I want to be in Kentucky, because there it will come 20 years later."
(As an example, had to meet one agent 3 times recently at Arby's because we were working a contract and he had no email or FAX ability.
And we still get many hundreds of people a month to our sites on dialup.)
For me personally, I just don't see it becoming popular in our market for many years.
