when i select one of my agents and then go into their leads and then click the STATUS header the sort does not work... it WAS allowing me to do this so i could see all the prospects that were still pending (that they had not been able to contact or heard back from)... we only "accept" when the prospect turns into a lead (after we are able to speak to them / be able to classify them as A,B or C buyer)..
anyway, the sort by status display while checking out an agents leads was very handy..
