I know, i havent written any content yet, but the site it is replacing was just a pass-thru to my main site.
I'm hoping the IDX results will suffice as content for now.

The colors are nice, the menu of cities under "North Orange County Homes" needs some more locations to fill in the box.

And I'm seeing some kind of error at the bottom of the page, probably from the snippet.

The colors were a standard choice. REW had about 15-20 options on this template, and i liked this one. I had them add the Quick search and the area call-out, as well as some small custom IDX stuff.

Tyler: Looks pretty good so far --- dang, i thought i was done. haha

I guess i can add a couple of more cities to fill in the call-out box. I was just wanting to stay more focused. which brings me to the domain name. Originally i was wanting the site to focus on one city or two. then i started thinking 'go big or go home'.

i like orangecountyrealestatefinder and fullertonhomesearch also. if domain name even helps a little with SEO, then i think these will also be a plus

Nice look. Are you going to add searches in a drop down menu on the top navigation? On the contact page I would include more than just a form. Very nice overall!

Website: It looks great thus far. I think the header text w/gradient in your existing website looks a little better than the new header text however. Just my opinion of course.

Domain names: Not knowing traffic stats for keywords/phrases in your local area, I would choose "YourOCHomeGuide.com".
