Default [SOLVED] Bug / Question: Campaigns

Okay... i'm not sure.. bit I think that in the non beta a Campaign was launched immediately while it was assigned to me (default) and that campain continued even after i reassigned to agent.

Currently, the campaign stops after I reassign... which kills my overall drip program that comes from ME... on top of what the agent does.

So, I don't if this is a bug or a want.. but a master campaign / drip is very important, as sometimes the visitor will not respond to the agent but may from me.

I'm not sure if this has something to do with it, but when I assign to agent MY groups go away (ie Monday Morning Coffee)...

    Morning Buddy!

When you re-assign a lead, only the super admin and assigned agent's groups will be kept. If you re-assign a lead, the groups assigned by the previous agent will be removed.

I've logged into your lead management system as Super Admin and created the group "rew" and assigned some of the REW leads to it. I then played around by assigning and re-assigning leads to other agents. The (super admin) group was never removed.

If logged in as the assigned agent, I would not see the "rew" group as this group does not belong to that agent. This may be the bug that you are reporting?

Let me know if things appear to be working differently than described above.

Correct, the Super Admin's campaigns are kept intact when reassigning leads. Do let me know if you notice otherwise though :P
