[SOLVED] Bug: Reminder Emails Not Working

To the agents. If they set reminders, they are not receiving emails....I seem to get my reminders - or I used to, but, they don't...

The logs have recorded the following lead reminders sent recetly:

June 21st - Processing 4 Lead Reminders.
Sending Reminder Email to Connie **** (****@****.***): Success.

June 18th - Processing 2 Lead Reminders.
Sending Reminder Email to Connie **** (****@****.***): Success.
Sending Reminder Email to Chris **** (****@****.***): Success.

June 17th - Processing 8 Lead Reminders.
Sending Reminder Email to Wayne **** (****@****.***): Success.
Sending Reminder Email to Connie **** (****@****.***): Success.

Did these agents receive the emails above?
Should more lead notification emails have been sent?


The subject of these emails are sent as 'Reminder Notification'.

The emails should be sent from 'Lead Manager at www.yourdomain.com' using the email address 'no-reply@yourdomain.com'.

It could be that these emails were tracked as spam or something along those lines. I could change the send information to be the Super Admin (id:1) details.

I see...let me clarify....as it was just clarified to me...

If an agent has 10 reminders due today, they are getting one reminder like we talked about, except that in the reminder email it is only showing one of the actual reminders instead of all 10 - not as big of a deal as I though in that they are at least receiving the reminder email...it just isn't listing all reminders.

This should be working properly. I just tested things out and everything was successful. Let me know if you continue to have any issues with the reminder notifications.
