[SOLVED] Bug: Reminders

In superadmin, I am seeing an overdue reminder from one lead - Nancy Paya. She is assigned to an agent (not me). I am seeing this even though I am in current mode.

When I switch to system, I see a lot more overdue reminders....so I know it's a bug of some sort that I see this one overdue reminder in current view logged in as me even though the lead is assigned to someone else...

This is now fixed.. There were two bugs in the lead reminder's tab.

First bug was that the agents could view all the reminders for the lead. They are now restricted to viewing only the reminders they added, while the admin can view all of them for the lead.

Second bug was with the 'save reminders' action. Whoever was pressing the button would become the owner of the lead notes, instead of keeping the original agent as the owner. This is now fixed.

I've also improved the lead reminders on this screen so that the admin can view the agent who added the lead reminder. This would help to know if you added the reminder or if it's from the agent you've assigned the lead to.

Let me know if you notice any issues with the changes. I'll update all other beta sites shortly.

I just cleared my cache for this and I'm still seeing the same issue with the same reminder and I also don't see the agents names on the reminder screens...

I should of mentioned that the patch is no retroactive. The bugged up reminder is still there because the bug changed it's ownership to your account. You'll see 'Reminder added by Ryan Ward.', you can simply remove this reminder as it's not truly yours.
