Multiple offer situation, I wouldn't even wait for a response. Get them back in the car until there's a contract.
I am a Tempe Real Estate agent, and I have been specializing in Tempe Foreclosures for several years now. I am also a market specialist in Chandler Homes for Sale.
Don't wait. Put a back-up plan in place. I had a deal fall through after waiting 3 weeks for a bank response (the bank never responded and the listing agent went on vacation without telling anyone!). Then we had to work another 4 weeks to find the next home--which did close.
I know buyers get emotionally connected to properties, but it is in your best interest to keep showing homes and identify 1 or 2 good back-up properties that you can jump on if this deal doesn't go through.
