[SOLVED] Help! Major Problem! Leads Removed From Groups!

All leads have been removed from groups. This happened a couple of days ago and we just noticed. Other agents - check to see if this has happened to you as well.

We either need to find a way to revert back to when they were assigned or strip all leads of groups and start them over which would be terrible.

Please tell me you have a backup! I cannot afford to start 7000 leads over again at the beginning of a drip email campaign. They are specifically timed and won't work right.

I've restored all the lead group assignments. Things are now back to normal. Also... 2.5 has been patched.

It looks like this is happening to me now - many of my group assignments simply dissappeared, but not all of them.

Can you take a look, Michael? Here's one lead for example (Lead 198)

FYI on this....

All campaigns became disassociated with there assigned groups. We are manually reassigning ours, but, this is going to cause havoc as people were at different points in drip email campaigns.
