For those who believe that high PR on their twitter profile has helped their SERPs I would be interested in knowing which processes are being used to validate those conclusions.

Mine has no PR

If you have a footer link it does create quite a bit of links if you have an old site with an MLS feed. Every listing that gets indexed gets a link to your social sites.
