    Default Auto Responder Question

Hey! I've just started setting up me lead management so I'm not sure if this question has been asked before.

I want to set up auto-responders to send out whenever somebody registers, uses the contact form, or inquires about a listing, but I only want to it to be sent out once! I have quite a few clients who will register, inquire about numerous properties at a time, and then use the contact form to send me a message. The way the auto-responder seems to work now, they will get an email when they register, when they use the contact form and again every time they inquire about a listing. In some cases, that means that client could end up with a dozen automatic (and annoying at that point) emails in their inbox. I also have a few clients who like to use the contact form as a handy way to contact me whenever they have a question. Again, I don't want these people to receive an automatic email *every* time, just the first time.

Is there a way to set up my auto-responders so that they only get sent to each user once?

    Thanks!

    -Lee Cameron

    Default Re: Auto Responder Question

    Hi Lee,

Yes - I'm sure there is a way to do that. However - that's not the default functionality so it will require a work order to complete this request.

    Thank you,
