Thread: Leads coordinator

  1. #1

    Default Leads coordinator

Is anyone using a lead coordinator and would like to share their experiences?

We are considering adding a new team member solely for this purpose.

    Guess no one

Did you add the lead coordinator? We are thinking about doing the same here shortly.

Could you share what tasks you would assign to a lead coordinator and how it will help?

We have had a lead coordinator for 5 years now if not longer. We have automated most of her duties right now, and have her working on other stuff with regard to marketing.

    Here Duties were:

Assign Leads - IDX registration, Market Analysis, Foreclosure list, and any other we happen to have on our site at any given time.

Send Thank You letter from each Agent assigned lead

Disburse property inquiries to listing agents (as long as they were not another agents lead)

Disburse Saved Listings to proper Agents

    Delete leads from unsubscribes

Do Mass emailings for each Agent

Do group Mass emails from me to Agents leads

Develop Capture pages on our website (templated and easy)

Keep stats for me on lead capture rates

Keep lead type stats for me

Change transactions to sold when transaction complete.

That's most of what she did when we weren't automated. She still, actually we have two, one for day time and one for nights and weekends. The disburse saved listings and property inquiries from our listings.

Ok, I guess I don't need one of those then.
