Lead Manager Drop-Down Menu Error

I am seeing this error more and more on the backend of my lead manager...

Every drop-down menu is pulled at the same time.

Which Browser is that you are using IE 7 - 8 - or Firefox? Or some other browser... ? Are you using a MAC?

I am using a pc w/ IE 8.

We cannot seem to make this happen. Does this happen all the time or just once in a while?
