    Default The Reals.com network

I believe the reals.com network of sites has pretty much dominated real estate websites but is paying for links on most of their sites worth it?

Most of their sites don't have clean URLs & I'm really wondering if many of those pages are passing PR.. I've only found one of the sites that after 3 levels still had PR.

Are many people getting visitors just from their regular traffic even though it might not be a PR boost?

I look at it this way when it comes to getting links I know that it is high value because it's real estate related but if I'm giving a link on my homepage & the page I'm on isn't passing PR or maybe not even indexed is it really worth it?

I get a few, less than <10 hits, from them every month.

Not a chance in the world. Don't give HP links for BS directory links in return. If you feel the site will provide you traffic then pay for the link. A link doesn't have any value if it hidden with a script except the visitors you will get.

Here is a directory that ranks well in the SERP's and is worth paying for or even doing the link exchange as it doesn't have to be on the HP.

I've linked up with ibs team, and I'm getting a few hits out of this, but nothing of great value. I'll be curious to hear what others have to say on ibs team, and others of value?

IBS Team is a great link as it passes PR and sends traffic. Free traffic for only an internal link back is great. I get at least one visitor per day, not bad for a free link. The advantage of paying for the link is that you get a one-way link and get better positioning in the directory (which sould equal more traffic).

I have to admit I am familiar with the IBS team from another site.
    They're site quickly gained popularity.

I am a big fan of the IBS team site. I get consistent traffic from their directory. Their site and the RealEstateABC.com site are both tops from my evaluation.

Max is the guy who runs the IBS team real estate directory. He is a great guy and also runs another popular real estate site. I remember when he first started working on that directory. The links were horrible and weren't passing anything but java re-directs. Now, the site looks great, ranks great and has a ton of traffic going to it. He recently sent at a press release on the amount of traffic he's garnering.

    Excellent work!
