    I think that it looks good in that the viewer can quickly dive into listings.

    im still indecisive on a domain name. I have read that it does help a bit to have keywords in the domain name.

    i thought OCHousesAndHomes had a nice sound to it.

    I understand that long urls are not good for marketing, but I could always market a shorter name and 301 redirect to a longer one. Right?

    Keywords in url is a small boost in Google. But you also gain a boost for the keywords in the anchor text when people link back using your url.

    The .com is the most brandable. However, .net & .org tlds are just as good. The .info tld has a bad reputation because spammers buy up the domains for 99 cents. The other domains (.biz, .mobi, .name,.us) are less popular.
