With most email clients, if you add the sender's address to your address book, it won't go to spam.

Add them to your contacts, this will prevent the emails to go in spam folders, emails from unknown sender usually goes to spam folder right?

Or you can set up a filter for cc'ed emails and have it all go to a special mailbox.

Is there a way to set that up Vera? I find so many e-mails of customer registrations or e-mails to my self, get posted in spam even though I have the "if subject is" and copy in the idx registration or whatever it is that I get, still ends up there. It is as if MS does not understand it's rules. I think that is probably more the issue.

This is something you need to do in your email client (Outlook or whatever). Most, if not all, clients have this functionality.
