Go to my "Our Listings" page then go to the last page of listings. There are several listings that show $189 or something, then when I look them up directly from the MLS they are listed at $189,900 (which makes sense obviously). Then there are a few that read $0 and one of those is actually closed already. Just a heads up that something must be off. Thanks in advance.(had to stick him there, he's cool!)
