NCR peoperty rates seem unjustified

Inspite of real estate slum down, the real estate prices in NCR are touching the sky limits and many needy and willing people find these rates beyond their affordable limit. Rates too seem unjustified. If the builders and promoters of these projects could reduce the prices about 15-20%, sale will be up and they will get sufficient funds for the project. What do you think?

Prices are never unjustified. They can be outside fundamentals and subject to reversable, but unjustified makes no sense. Irrational decisions maybe but unjustitied no.
