auto generated search message

How do I edit the message that is sent to the lead when a search is auto generated. I just found this in the messages section of a lead, apparently this was contained in a message that was sent when the search was auto generated:

Based on your previous searches and properties viewed at http://www.bocaexpert.com/, we have determined that you are looking for properties with the following criteria

How do I change it so it doesnt say "[Company Name]"?
