Here is a quick list suggestions/question for the new Lead Management System (LMS) -
1.There is no quick view for a leads status on the Lead Management page. All the stats for a lead should be on the main screen. So I know that one lead is more active than other right from glancing on the main screen. I.E. REW Andy only has a few page views and 1 saved favorite. While other leads have 1,000 page views. I am going to go to the other lead first.
a.Also, there is no count for saved searches. This is how I managed my leads and know who I needed to follow up with.
b.Can there also be an email counter stat as well. So I can see how many emails were sent to the lead through the LMS.
2.On the main screen, there could be a “Reminder” button and “Saved Search” button right next to “Add to” and “Add to Group” on the bottom horizontal menu.
3.Ability to change “Status” on main screen w/o having to drill into lead details.
4.The Edit tab for a lead should have the “edit lead” button at the top. If I want to subscribe or un-subscribe a lead, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page.
5.No Edit button for Saved Searches of a lead.
6.Is there a way to setup a reminder for reminders? So it will ping via email or a pop up box when I log in 3 hours before a call or 1 day before a showing?
Please do not misunderstand this post; there are a lot of great improvements to the new LMS. The new calendar and reminders are great. The interface has been cleaned up a lot. I just think a lot of these suggestions could benefit everyone.
