Default Modify email notification for assigning leads

When I assign a lead it arrives with just the lead's email and phone number to the agent to whom it is assigned. there is no link to accept the lead. No link to go login and accept the lead.

I will make a work order out of this I guess but it seems like a mistake? Before an assigned lead came with an email offering the agent the chance to login and accept the lead with that info in the email that was sent out to the assigned agent. Now it's as if you're counting on the agent to remember what URL to go to to accept the lead. For new agents receiving leads that does not fly. Step backwards

Please fix this and make as good as 2.0 in that assigning a lead functionality where the agent receives a notification that a lead has been assigned to him and there is a link in that email for him to go accept the lead.

Did any of the beta testers for this have teams they assigned leads tgo??????????? Sorry for being a jerk but seriously.

    Hi Jay,

As far as I can tell CMS 2.0 did not send a link when an agent was assigned a lead. Could you forward me a copy of that email to make sure we are talking about the same thing?

It was a work order for me in 2.0 . Had it done for both sites. Will want the same on 2.5.

Gosh, I'm not finding an example in my gmail. Now I'm wondering if I'm out of my mind.

I want a small work order done on the email notification for assigned leads. I want it to tell the receiving agent they've received a new lead(s) and to login to accept or reject the lead. The latter part of the sentence could be a hyperlink to Lead Manager with the info about the lead there. Small stuff right? Very practical.

And Hartanov, great minds think alike. Tell me any more work orders you do on 2.5 Drew. I'd love your ideas. I'll be ordering about 10-15 hours to allow me to search for leads based on date, and the cities of the leads they are viewing and price range. That way I can assign leads more effectively to referral partners or team members....
