Check if it is in your back end. it showed up in my 2.5. It was under tools or something odd. Basic, but does what needs to be said for about 45 days if I recall.

Yes - anyone with CMS 2.5 - It appears you have the sample campaign. Click "Lead Management" -> "Campaigns" .. then you'll see "Sample Drip Campaign" That is the only sample one that is available.
