One small comment, if you are already using j-query in your site they there is no need to call it again from this script.

If the jquery is required then it is better to call it from the Google CDN :

http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs.../jquery.min.js

It is much faster and is usally already cached by your browser since so many site are using the google jquery cdn.
