Does it benefit a planned development to have a range of homes i.e. custom, semi-custom, track etc? If so, does it benefit the entire community to make designations for those sections. In other words, create different names, such as "the estates" for the custom homes; "the villages" for the track homes etc.

People like variety but variety is more expensive to create.
