Many REW members have extensive knowledge and/or backgrounds in Real Estate and/or Search Engine Optimization. IMO, this forum is a great source of advice in those areas.

There are so many better choices than Zip in Chicago IMO. Makes sure to interview multiple offices, at the very least 7, before you make any decisions. Also make sure to talk to at least 5 or 6 agents that are part of the office. For this you need to ask for an agent roster and pick the ones you talk to yourself, not the guys that the office manager suggests. There are a lot of office managers that can sell you on the office then they don't deliver once your there. Also don't forget there are fees if you end up having to change offices down the road so this decision is important.

As I was saying before, there is a reason why Zip Realty advertises in Chicago Tribune every month. Because they recycle through their agents so fast. Make the clever choice and move on. You can email me or private message me if you want to know more. I am here to help as a Chicago Broker.

well thanks for the replies. I am in a situation though where fronting all the money for advertising and marketing is just not possible right now. So I figured that zip wuld be a good starting point. Then once i get my feet wet, i can move on.

If theres something you know about that I dont please share.
