    Default Almost ready and excited

Only a few more weeks now and I'm getting very excited. I've found a condo, a job, and a short term apartment. I'm already approved for my loan fixed rate (15 years), and thought I would do a fun poll. Where would you want to live in Arizona? (this is just fun)

I know too little to respond to your poll, but the 15 year FRM is a smart thing!

Although I'm very interested in AZ myself, I don't know any of these places. I'm excited for you, too!
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.

I know some folks in Arizona, so I'll take any place on the list that is less than 100 degrees these days

You will love it! We appreciated at a rate of 48% in 2005. You are making a great investment in purchasing here. Granted the appreciation rate has slowed a bit, we are still #1 in the country. Scottsdale (Snobsdale, lol) is a great place to live. 15 year fixed is a great way to go. 5.500% today.

I'm sure it's beautiful but too hot for me!
Great Oakland Real Estate Information. Search the MLS for Oakland homes and condos. Berkeley, Piedmont and Alameda too!
