    Question San Diego Real Estate

I need a little help here...

Last month I was first page for San Diego real estate on yahoo and this month I am down to 25

I have updated the look of my site and have added several more link partners. I have also noticed that Yahoo is showing a ton more backlinks sence I joined this forum

For San Diego MLS my site is ranked #1 and has been for some time.

    Any thoughts?
If you are looking for San Diego Real Estate or you want to view San Diego MLS listings (or at least that portion of the data feed that SANDICOR allows us to display on our websites) go to a local San Diego County real estate Agent's Site.

Just to tell you, I think every major real estate keyword got really weird changes. I wish I could tell you. I am currently MIA in yahoo myself.

The wierd part is I am ranked #10 (San Diego Real Estate) on Google, 25 on Yahoo, 45 on MSN, and #2 on All the Web/ Alta Vista (which has mirrored Yahoo for a while)

The only KW that changed, much, was San Diego real estate?

All the Web and Yahoo used to be identical. I think Yahoo is trying to create a niche for itself between MSN and Google. I dont know if I am being penalized for some sad reason but. All I can say is, Yahoo just dumped my home page from my title keywords (I am showing over 10000 links for yahoo with no avail). I am top 10 for most of my keywords in MSN and slowly going up in google. But yahoo, I doubt I am even in the top 1000 for any of my major keywords. I am just praying and waiting for the next update for yahoo to wake us up from the nightmare.

Always remember, there is I'm sure millions in competition with each key word. Just because your there today does not mean you wont be gone tomorrow. I have always seen better results by trying to keep up to date with my competition especially when major changes arrive.

There are ten spots on the first page, any one of the top three I would be happy with LOL

I wouldn't mind being in the top 3. You, Russ and myself. But for me, for some reason, yahoo hates me. I was #6 for San Diego Real Estate and now I don't even want to know. I don't even look at Yahoo anymore, just Google and I'm all over the map with MSN.
