    Default Groups

I need a quote to get my Groups to display in alphabetical order in the lead edit tab.

I would also like for all groups to display for all agents regardless of who created the group.

Keep in mind that I am upgrading to leadmanager 2.5, so please advise as to whether the conversion will correct the alphabetical order of the groups anyway.

Regardless, I would like all groups to show up for all agents.

    Please advise.

If you are upgrading to 2.5 - it would be best to wait until after that is done - to avoid having to have us code it twice.

As far as the groups to show up for all agents. It's not really going to work like that... The groups are mainly used for the campaigns .... It would make more sense to have all groups show that the admin created and the agent - but not all the groups from any agent. What if all the agents create a campaign to send to all the groups? You'll have multiple agents emailing campaigns to the leads that might not even be assigned to them.

Ideally - your agents would create their own groups.

    Thank you,

OK, I get what you are saying, but all of the admin created Groups show for all agents and only the leads assigned to the agent show to the agent within the groups.

Take a look at Des's Groups (my agent) and how he is using them. He adds popular complexes so we can do targeted e-mails to people interested in those complexes.

All of my campaign triggers are done via a "Drip-Drip Name" Group. I set up all of those. The others have no idea and I have no intention of having them create any campaigns on their own.

While Des has a good grasp of how to target, others do not. I was wanting the complex groups he has created to show up for other agents so they will catch on.

Not wanting to recreate the wheel, it seemed like a good idea to make all the groups available to all of the agents. If you will look at a couple of the agents leadmanagers, you will see that the admin created "Drip - Agent Name Buyer Campaign"'s for all the agents and they are visible to all the agents. If they aren't wise enough to check the proper box, then they can drip another agents drip and signature.

Please look at how I am using the groups knowing what I said above and that all Campaign triggers are named as "Drip - Drip Name" and see if you don't think we would be OK doing as requested. All it would do was add complex and subdivision Groups that are non-trigger to all of the agents profiling capabilities.

    Thoughts?
