How do I add additional authors in the author settings, e.g. if one of my buyers agents wants to post a blogpost or my mortgage guy etc etc. Right now I am the only one that seems to be able to author posts.

You can 'turn on' a blog for your agents - by going to:
Lead Management - > Agents -> Click an agent name -> Click to the "edit" tab ... Look for a setting "Has Blog" set that to "Yes" now when they login to the CMS using their login information - they will have a blog tab and can post blogs under their name.

We'd like to have 2 authors on our blog but we don't have the options in our CMS that you mentioned for Gloria.
We only need one lead management account but we'd like to able to have multiple authors for our blog.
