Agents initiating drip program

In my admin section, I have a drip program which I can launch for my agents. However, I have written an action plan for them to initiate the drip program themselves, if they deem it appropriate. They can't see my drip program when they go to the drop downs. Is there a way to copy my drip program into each agents work area?

Hey, Mike,
You should be able to go to the Manage Campaigns page, check the campaign and use the Copy Campaign to Agent dropdown to do this. Keep in mind that only administrator accounts have this ability.

I see what you are saying re Campaigns, but, for some reason, the only way I could originally set the drip campaign to work was to set up a group which does not lend itself to assigning to agents.
