Code for no-follow?

How do I write the code for “no Follow”? It is my understanding that when my web page links to an external web page on another website, I am weakening my page. I would like to add the no-follow rule so the strength and intergity of my pages are maximized and link flow is not lost on my internal web pages.

Any example of how to use the code for no-follow is appreciated.

Just add rel="nofollow" to you link code

The "no follow" tell the search engine not to follow the link and there are some cases where you might want to consider not using the "no follow" for example you are linking to another page internally on your website, if the no follow link is present, this would prevent the crawler from seeing the rest of your content.
