Hi all,

1- I would like to ask what are the best colors to be used in designing a virtual tour or a slide show when promoting a property??

2- Do you think that the end user "the buyer' prefers simplicity or attractiveness?? in other words; does he prefer to load the page quickly and check few pick of the property or he may prefer waiting a little bit till a FLASH slide show begins "flash is dynamic and more attractive"


3- any thoughts or preferences regarding the tour themes and/or templates??

The viewer gives you about six short seconds to not make him feel dumb or waste his time going thru a flash that is pretty but not helpful. Design for a dial up user, simple like lightning. Blue is one top knotch color but what are your logo/theme colors to tie in and not clash?

Use video not slide show...they brand you, the site user hears, sees you and learns about property and the community from you. All in one stone hits three birds style.

i also agree that blue is the best color to use for a site that deals with a real estate property because it looks pleasing to eyes.

You can add some flash on your site to attract more visitors to see the properties for sale but be sure not to make it too long to load because most of visitors might leave when the loading is too slow.

Yes i do agree blue is really a good color to make a site good looking.

I would like to suggest add light flash images, movie and greenish scenery on your site. It helps to attract visitor to visit your site. Your website shows about your professionalism so plan accordingly.
