Thread: 2.5 upgrade regarding "manage agents"

I like the 2.5 upgrade. It is simple and clean. Is there any way of communicating with your agents other than sending them an email? There doesn't appear to be a "note" or "message" tab to communicate as you would with a "lead". Thanks. John Sloan

I believe I answered this in a different post - but to close this one off - currently - the only way would be to send an email to the agent.
