    Default Group email not showing up in notes/history ????

    I sent out an email to the group "buyers". It is not showing up in the history or notes of the members of that group. Yet I did have a couple of test members I created from the beginning receive the email.

    Shouldn't email sent to a group show up in their history or notes?

    And how do I remove the undeliverable email members from my system altogether?

    Hi Jay,

    I've just tested your site's system and everything appears to be working fine. I created the group 'REW Test Group' and assigned myself to it. I then went to the 'Email Leads' form and selected this group and sent an email. The proper messages were added to the lead's notes and history without any issues. I also received the emails without any problems.

    Let me know if you're still having issues with this. My tests all ran successfully.

    As for removing the undeliverable email members, this is something you'll need to do manually through the Lead Management System.

    There are possible ways to automate this task, however you'll need to post on the Work Orders forum to receive an estimate and get the request into the queue.

    Michael, I've looked at about 20 leads and none of them got my email listed in their history. I thought it was strange how no automated "i'm out of town message replies came back to me".

    However if I go to my original test leads set up with the last name "seville" I find that the email is in their history section.

    It was a large email to "buyers" which contains 5000 leads. 1st time to send a bulk email as I plan on doing so almost never so I don't put people off.

    So what do we do about this? My bulk email did not go out period.

    I'd like to send it again to the group buyers but only those who've registered since May.

    My LM does not allow me to select everybody within a date range within a group--instead it only allows me to select the 100 on a page and email them and then repeat the process 33x to get all 3300 leads emailed. Corny eh?
