Thread: Cms 2.5

Not sure where I should put this for 2.5 CMS.

I'm in current mode and I set a reminder phone call for myself which all works great, but, the reminder doesn't show up on my reminders list on the main 'lead management' tab. They only show up is I click on system mode, but it shows all agents reminders.

When I sign into a non-admin account, their reminders show up on the 'lead management' page so I'm not sure why it's not working in my account.

Hi Joshua,

Things seem to be working fine for all my tests.

When logged in as the admin, I added a lead reminder and it showed up properly on the date screen for the admin in current mode.

I also tested it in an agent account and all worked fine.

Are you still having this issue?
