I am hoping we can make this a sticky:

Do you have a really good Property Flyer you designed and would like to share? I know some flyers will be area specific and some you may not want your competition to get a hold of, but if you leave them out, they can copy them anyway...right?

You can upload PDF's, Jpeg, Tiff's that people can copy or e-mail Publisher and PDF files that can be used.

LOL, actually all of mine are PDF's and when I went to upload a few, they were too big. I will have to convert them to jpegs and reduce them.

Our company designed one and inputted it into top producer. So thats where ours come from.

I found this great website that has flyer creator software for $9.95. I wish I would have found this website when I was starting out, would have saved lots of money doing it myself. Check it out, you won't be sorry. Just copy and paste into your web browser. Sorry, I don't have a short web address. Hope this helps all of you wanting to save some money!!!
