Thread: Question

    Default Question

    Hello

Once a lead is accepted and put into a group and a reminder set and completed, it still shows up on our reminders page. Is there a way we can have the reminders deleted once it is completed?

    Thanks!

    Hi Kim,

You are able to remove the reminders by clicking the little trash bin icon on the Lead Reminders page (click the blue Edit button next to the reminder to get there). It'll confirm your action. Once it's removed click 'Save Reminders' and the reminder will be removed.

Marking a reminder as completed will just make sure it's not listed as an Overdue reminder, and also will not send out the reminder email to the agent (since it's marked done).

Completed reminders will still show up when viewing the date range of reminders. The Full Name, Type & Details, and Date & Time columns have a strike through for the completed reminders. The only way currently to stop the reminders from displaying here is to delete them for good.

Let me know if that answers your question.
