RE sales data coding help needed

I have a client who wants to have a function similar to the "crystal ball" on the page below:

With a response page like this:
http://www.utahdave.com/sale_stats_q...ge=7&zip=84095

"Utah Dave" told my client that the person who set this up is no longer doing web development, so my client wants to know about what it would cost to set up something similar for him. His would need to pull MLS data from about 6 different areas rather than from lots of zip codes. Ideally, the scripts etc. would be installed on his account on Pair.com, which supports php, then be i-framed into his web site on Point2Agent.

I can do the public facing visual part of these pages, but need help with the back end stuff.
